Exhibitors

Producers of alternatives are partners in the process of enhancing life science education, and exhibits are an essential part of the conference. You are invited to join others in presenting, demonstrating or selling your multimedia and virtual reality software; your video and film; and your models, mannekins and simulators. Other types of exhibits are also welcome. 

Some producers will already be known to conference delegates following inclusion of your alternatives in the book 'from Guinea Pig to Computer Mouse' (InterNICHE, 2003). The conference provides the forum for the live demonstrations and one-to-one contact and discussion that can facilitate the real implementation of such learning tools into university life science courses. 

The exhibition hall will be open in the afternoons of Friday 13th and Saturday 14th May. During this time the delegates will be able to visit all exhibits. Each exhibitor will also be allocated a window for a scheduled demonstration, with details included in the on-line and printed conference program. Links to exhibitors' websites will also be made from the conference website.


Exhibitors' fee (per person):

Standard: Euro 200 (NOK 1600, US$ 260, GBP 140)
Non-profit: Euro 100 (NOK 800, US$ 130, GBP 70)

Exhibitors' fee includes standard stall space of 1 x 1.5m with table, chair and power supply in the exhibition hall; buffet lunches and refreshments; and access to all lectures and workshops during the rest of the conference. Double and triple size stalls are available at double and triple cost respectively.


Conference dinner fee:

Standard: Euro 30 (NOK 250, US$ 40, GBP 20)
Non-profit: Euro 18 (NOK 150, US$ 23, GBP 13)
